TERMS OF PAYMENT

The prices for TOPCHIYSKA.COM consulting services will be based on a case-per-case basis. Depending on the needs of the company, length of consulting/training/helping, and location. It is expected that the company needing the help will cover all travel and accommodation costs of the requested consultant and will pay the appropriate consulting fee as initially and mutually agreed upon. The payment may be done via direct bank deposit, PayPal, invoice, a direct link to Wave Accounting, or Transferwise. TOPCHIYSKA.COM and its consultants do not accept cash at any given time or personal checks UNLESS a personal check is given by an individual that is not an incorporated entity and only for PERSONAL CONSULTING/PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT services. All consulting services will require the client needing the help to sign-up an agreement that he, the client, (the business and/or an individual) will pay all transportation and accommodation fees of the consultant and half-of-the-total price in advance, and will pay the second half of the total cost at the end of the consulting. In return, the consultant takes the responsibility to travel to the appointed destination, conduct the needed consulting and offer the help and advice the client has asked for. We stand behind what we do so we offer a 100% money-back guarantee (except the travel costs and accommodation) IF our consulting help has not shown results and improvements within 2 weeks. The 2 weeks eligible for a 100% refund start on the last day of the consulting session with the consultant and expire on the 14th day at midnight local time. In order for a refund to be issued, Silviya Topchiyska will require a documented progress of all consulting steps followed and a detailed description of which ones failed or did not work out for each day of operations within these 2 weeks.

JOB POST REFUND

If we haven't been able to find you at least 1 person to apply to your job ad within the pre-agreed length of time for that particular job ad, we will fully refund you!

Example: We agree that we will advertise your job ad and find you candidates for 1 month. If on the 32nd day of the job ad being posted on our website, you have not received 1 application, we will refund you. Please consider the 32nd day as follows: the job ad was posted on March 1st --> the 32nd day will be April 1st.

Please keep in mind that our 100% refund policy is valid ONLY if there are no applicants. If there are applicants who did not get hired for one reason or another, our refund policy is not valid.

GENERAL REFUND

Please bear in mind the following refund rules and policies when an invoice from TOPCHIYSKA.COM has been sent to you:

We require that all invoices are paid in full before the due date
Due dates are usually 3-5 business days for amounts lower than $1,000 and 15 calendar days for amounts between $1,000 and $5,000. Any invoices totaling amounts larger than $5,000 are expected to be paid within 30 calendar days. The "first day" is considered to be the day the invoice was issued.
Any overdue invoices will accumulate daily a 10% late fee. The original invoice will be canceled automatically on the first day past its due day and the late fees will continue to accumulate until the invoice is paid in full + all accumulated late fees. Example: If your invoice is for $500 and you don't pay within the assigned time frame, as described in this policy, you will accumulate $50 per day in late fees.

GENERAL

This Terms of Use Agreement and all documents referenced herein shall become effective upon your acceptance or your use of the Site, and shall continue until terminated by Silviya or you as provided for under the terms of this Agreement.

You are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, keeping in mind that access to the contents of this Site may not be legal for or by certain persons or in certain countries

The law and jurisdiction of the United States and the state of Massachusetts will be applied if any of the above terms, conditions, rules, and agreements are misrepresented, wronged, misused, sold, recreated or any other illegal activity occurs.

This Agreement and all documents referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Silviya Topchiyska with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties as well as any conflicting or inconsistent terms in any Web site that link to or are linked from this Site.
